Drafts are checked against the same fixed rules, kept in version control and applied the same way every time: no brochure vocabulary, no fear-selling, no guarantees, no client names, and no unexplained jargon.

Each company's voice guide, colors, typography, logos, and Office templates live in one place, and the assistant loads the right one before it writes.

Word and PowerPoint files are built only from each company's official template, and only after the copy check passes. A file that fails is never made.
