Build It on Our Own Jobs First

Condicta Lite runs on real work at our own service companies before anyone else pilots it. Scoping, estimate, acceptance, booking, record and invoice come to about ten minutes of human time per job.

From the first conversation to a paid invoice

2057 Holdings owns service companies and software companies, and the most useful thing the two can do is test each other.

Condicta Lite is a good example. It is a Noevant product, and it was built on real jobs at Safire Business Services, Safire Home Solutions and Invictus Systems before anyone outside the group was offered a pilot. If it doesn't hold up on our own customers' work, it isn't ready for anyone else's.

One real job, start to finish: the estimate, the acceptance, the service record, the site record and the invoice page. Customer details redacted.

What it does

Condicta Lite takes a service job from the first conversation to a paid invoice, and it handles the paperwork around the work.

  • Scope: a tech uploads a call transcript, forwards an email thread, or dictates the scope.
  • Estimate: the scope is drafted from what was said and matched to real catalog items. It's priced from a stored set of estimation factors: the catalog, labor rates, mobilization, oversight, contingency for unknowns, new construction versus retrofit, pass-through materials, locked core assumptions and quote type. Anything the conversation doesn't support is flagged before the owner sees it.
  • Publish: the approved estimate goes out as a private, branded web page, and the owner is texted when it's opened.
  • Acceptance: the customer confirms with a code texted to their phone. The exact page they saw is recorded, and both sides get a signed PDF. Every option is capped under $2,000.
  • Booking: once the estimate is accepted, the customer books the work on a calendar.
  • Close-out: the tech dictates what was done, and the summary and invoice are drafted from that.
  • Record: a gated service record documents the job, with any passwords held in Bitwarden and revealed only when the customer asks.
  • Invoice: billing pulls from the Stripe products and services catalog. The customer gets a branded payment page with a PDF download and Stripe's payment form built in.

Why it matters to a holding company

The measure is human time. The goal is about ten minutes of hands-on admin per job: scoping, estimate, acceptance, booking, record and invoice. The first job run end to end took about eleven and a half minutes, with part of the flow still being finished; now that it's built, we expect it under ten. Across three service companies, that is the difference between technicians who spend their evenings on paperwork and technicians who don't.

It also shapes the risk decisions. Condicta Lite is capped in dollar amount and in complexity. Larger or more contentious work goes to Condicta, now in pilot, with full PandaDoc integration and digital signatures.

The pattern is the one we try to hold everywhere: build it on our own operations, measure it honestly, cap it where it should be capped, and only then offer it to anyone else. Condicta Lite is open for pilot applications.
